I'm still wavering between F828 and Canon EOS. We are now using an old 4MP camera. People would probably laugh at me: the only reason I prefer Sony over Canon is that Sony can put date on photos. We just had new babies. We want a good camera that can catch their growing up moments. We are also zealous travelers. We want a camera that can take good 'amateur' scenery photos. What I learned from your comment is that there is probably no perfect one-piece camera that meets all needs. It's a tough choice.
