It is hurricane season now.

There are cruises to Carribean from Baltimore,New Yrok, Charleston, SC, which is driving distance from PA.

You might want to try curises to New England and Canada (leaving Boston). Those cruises won't be affected by Hurricane season. These are great cruises in the fall to see Fall colors in NE and Canada - it is amazing.
