There're a lot of events going on the MLK weekend in Puerto Rico, including a huge boat show. As a consequence, almost all hotels/inns are booked up. Even the one I reserved through online travel agency was bumped due to some overbooking. I ended up having one night's reservation in San Juan, one in Hatilo, two in Fajardo. Guess I will have to forget about learning to dive this time. But thanks for all your advice.
