I posted 2 taken at 2016, directly on the ground level at the Quay - we stayed at Park Hyatt hence it was very convenient to stroll out.  From our room the angle was not frontal view.  The frontal view was much impressive, plus the view changed every few minutes in a moving style - truly mesmerizing.
