I saw one brandnew house was flooded because the owners

were in Taiwan, and relied on their relatives to look after the house. They did not turn the heat high enough and the whole house was totally flooded - hardwood floors were all gone, and the walls at kitchen were all ruined also, tiles on the wall fell down due to the pipes behind walls were all bursted.

It was a major disaster and insurance did not cover it. A horror story.
