I found a traffic attorney , whose reputation is very good from website. I visited his office, and the clerk printed my traffic ticket, said they will take care of it. I also told them I've already had one ticket of stop sign two months ago, and just finished the driving school. I am afraid that the judge will not give me a non-moving violation this time, and I will have points in my drive record, which is not what I want to get. The clerk said she pretty sure I will not got point in my drive record, and the attorney office will give me a letter after they make deal with court.
And today, I receive a letter from police department" notice of probation revocation hearing" Court date:xx/xx( it is my second ticket court data) Violation date:xx/xx(the date that I got my first ticket).
Can you please tell me what I should to prepare for it? I will contact my attorney as soon as possible.
