1. Credit Cards are okay, but some restaurant do not accept American express. Some cash are needed for parking and you should be able to exchange money at any bank.
2.There is a Holiday Inn at Steeles East, the location is closed to Markham, Richmond Hills etc. It was not expensive a few years ago, but I am not sure the current rate.
