I think you mean "guilty". I knew two people who had the same cases. In fact in the court, nobody asks you are guilty or not. The prosecutor will assume you are guilty. But as long as the case is dismissed, that means the prosecutor will not present your case to the judge, your record will be cleared. Guilty or not is not important in these small cases.
