If you're not at the table in the international system, you're going to be on the menu."

In Rome do as Romans do

If you are not at the table, you are going to be on the menu 不是布林肯的发明,这是一句英语谚语,意思是,如果你不主动加入决策团体,你的利益将无法得到保障——We need people with firsthand experience in mental health issues to be the ones deciding how to provide resources to those who need it. In the world of publicly funded services, if you're not at the table, you're on the menu.

IF YOU ARE NOT AT THE TABLE, YOU ARE GOING TO BE ON THE MENU.
