我十几年前在法国旅游圣地尼斯住了几个星期，感觉就它像个露天大厕所

0. 在市内公园里，人们公开小便。

1. 满街都是狗屎，早上居民用自来水冲，水都流向了海边的Beach，

2.  城市里的大部分人口是非洲国家和东欧的前法国地区的移民，

3. Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat 半岛这样美的地方竟然海滩上到处是塑料瓶和其它垃圾，无人打扫。

4. 空气潮热，闷的不舒服。

整个感觉是法国市政管理能力太差。
