其实不奇怪，作为无限觉知，知道一切都是自己，是爱让我（觉知）以人

的形式讲话，让大家（也就是我自己）知道自己的本质。除了爱，没有任何‘人’的动机。

你可能不懂无我到底是什么状态。无我不等于不会说话，不会生活，不会吃饭，无我是指‘我’的定位已经无限膨胀到觉知上，而不再局限于肉身，虽然肉身也是这个广义‘我’的一部分，但肉身再也不局限‘我’了。

You don't give up the body. You give up the idea of body as 'me'.

You don't give up the world. You give up the idea of a world outside of 'me'.

You don't give up life. You give up the idea of a life being lived by a 'me'.

I AM LIFE alone.

Life is living the body, not a body is living a life, as simple as that.
