Flow with whatever life offers. Let the body participate in the life flow. But the mind forms no story about it.

You are free to do anything, free to make any choice, but do not dwell on consequence. You expect nothing, you regret nothing, you analyze nothing, you criticize nothing. You don't live a life. Instead, let life live you. Instead of seeking a meaning of life for 'you', you give up the idea of that seeking 'you'.

You no longer see others as others, you see them as SELF.

You no longer see the world as outside world, you see it as SELF.

Everywhere you turn, you only see SELF.

SELF doesn't entertain a 'me' in it. SELF is infinite, undefinable, unconceivable and without identification.
