That book is more about business/project management. You can stretch it a little and consider it also about life management.

I'd recommend another book, "man's search for meaning" by Viktor Frankl. I think it is more profound and explains more about how an individual should response to adversaries even under the most extreme conditions. However, I do have to say it is not an easy reading by any means.
