You are not talking about changing the pronunciation for Chinese

Essentially you are trying to adopt the western languages' way in generate words: each word makes up by  a basic set of letters that has no meaning, the meaning of each word is independent to other words. Chinese lanugae, on the other hand, the phases are built with different characters that have meaning. The meaning of the derived phase  depends on both the  charactes and the order of characters. These 2 system are completely different mathmatically.

 I am no expert in language, but what you suggest is not going to happen, and should not happen.
