Holding everyone accountable!

During the "occupy wall street" events, there were crude wrong doing to some protester by police force.  Some "anomymous" tracked down these policemen who brutally treated protesters and published their name and other information.  The idea is same here that not only these who ordered the brutally wrong doing shall be held accountable, but also these who executed the brutal orders.  These who execute the brutal orders, either for their personal promotion or whatever other reason, are the soil and base of the brutal orders.  When the soil is eliminated, the brutal orders would be meanless since there will be no one to execute the orders.

If someone know the details, could the names and current information of these who did these brutal to ZHANG be published online and let all their neighbors know?  Executing orders from the above is an execuse - an invalid one.  If ZHANG was killed after she was sentenced to death, that is execute of death penalty, but cutting her throat definitely went too far - there was no law of that kind after 1911 in China.  Publish their names and current information to the whole world let their neighbors know who they were and what they did to ZHANG in 1970's would be a good spirit of holding everyone accountable.
