well, definitely it is my personal opinions.
Hong Kong and Singapore though are wealthier or less corrupt or more efficient than Taiwan, they are adopting U.K. system. In other words, they did not develop their own system to achieve their accomplishments.
So, I like Taiwan better than Hong Kong and Singapore.
Macao is too small to be even considered.
China is still poorer or more corrupt than Taiwan, so there is no comparasion at all.
