七年级 summer camp 问题

七年级的男孩有点小聪明，提前考了ACT（才29分though）申请并录取了 Northwester University 的 talent summer camp. 三个星期学一门课 Algebra 2 and trigonometry honor.  高中很多课程多以此为pre-requirment. 想把他提前学了.

这样camp 意义如何？ 给点建议，谢谢.
