借着最近头发的东风，问问怎么去头屑比较有效

我从小头皮屑就比较多，后来大了有所好转，以前平时都是去油和温和的洗发水交替着用，几年前去非洲玩，考虑到天气热就只带了去油的洗发水，不知道是不是由此导致了头皮的水油不平衡了， 从此之后头屑又开始猖獗起来，试了不少方法，作用都不大。各位美女们有什么好方法吗?
