选哪个学校？

侄子申请美国研究生， 成绩不是很好： GMAT 680 TOEFL 95 

收到 2 个学校：
（1）university of connecticut： risk management
（2）clark university: 传统的金融

哪个学校比较好？

university of connecticut 是下午和晚上读书， 这与白天读书的有区别吗？
