I am sure there are plays to set Young for a three or Hill for a PnP, or Kobe to catch the ball down the block. How about Lin calling a play (a pre-set one from practice), and go ahead to execute it? Giving the ball to Kobe, Kobe just won't refuse it.

Playing as a team, it's so easy to say, when others don't step up. You can't expect Kobe to play PG (he's weaker than Harden in that department).
