Pacers will be without 4 starters vs. Hawks

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- The Pacers will be without four starters when they play Atlanta on Monday night.

David West will miss his fifth consecutive game with a lower back strain. Danny Granger still has not returned from a sore left knee.

And the Pacers have added Lance Stephenson and point guardGeorge Hill to the injury list. Stephenson has a strained right hip flexor, Hill has a strained left groin.

Coach Frank Vogel says it's possible all four could play Wednesday at Houston though team doctors are more concerned about Hill's injury than Stephenson's.
