大学橄榄球和NFL的有好几个规则不同，我只记得比较熟悉的几个

1.两分钟警告：大学橄榄球上下半场都没有两分钟的warning,也就是说两分钟时没有自动暂停，

NFL两分钟是有自动暂停一次。

2. Game clock:大学橄榄球比赛是凡是有进10码以上（first down)，时间就自动停下。

NFL扔球incomplete或拿球队员跑出界外时间就停住。

3.加时赛：大学橄榄球打加时赛是从25码的地方打起，双方轮者打，直到比分分出差距；

NFL是决定谁开球谁进攻，凡是谁先得分就赢了。
