Is Tiger really back ?

He is heading to another win, but unlike old Tiger, he is not as sharp as before when he needs to close the match. leading by 8, he made boggy, D-boggy, boggy on last 6. now lead by 4 with one hole to play , he will win, but is it enough when next time the match is more competitive? 

For me, Tiger is never back until he wins another Major. Augusta, please.
