KARATE SCHOOL 告我到小额法庭

两年前送我儿子去这个KARATE学校时，合同上有这样一个条款：

Your membership and tuition responsibility will continue until such time as you provide 60 days written notice by certified mail of your intent to discontinue training. Failure to notify the school will cause your tuition to continue until such notice is received.

几个月前我家搬走时，给了OWNER口头通知，但没有提前两个月书面通知。

现在学校OWNER，一个白人老头，告我到小额法庭， 要求二个月学费、利息和法庭费。

请教诸位大侠，

这个条款是否合理？

小额法庭会支持他的要求吗?
