鞋子和仔裤，兼秀下两个多月的流汗结果

J Crew 上卖的 Vans sneakers

Calvin Klein 的slim fit 仔裤

下面有些少儿不宜。是两个多月健身结果的记录。没去健身房，只是在家里做俯卧撑，哑铃，偶尔做些卷腹。没多少肌肉，只是把原来的赘肉去掉了一些，现在肚子那里开始隐隐有一点definition... 肱二头肌完全没有，现在正在突击肱二，希望几个月以后能有些长进。马上就51岁了，但是感觉现在的身体比30年前的好像还顺眼一点儿。上面的鞋子裤子算是给自己两个多月流汗的一点儿奖励吧。不喜欢看老男人丑陋身体的美女们千万表往下滑... 先给众位美女们提个醒儿，莫谓某言之不预小声点嘻嘻
