演员与作家大罢工的影响与Summertime Sadness

60年前，当时的演员工会主席, 前总统里根 Reagan, 带领SAG演员工会取得罢工的胜利。这周17万演员与作家联合大罢工将会取得怎样的结果呢？

演员给人的感觉似乎很赚钱。汤姆.克鲁斯Tom Cruise，去年拍《壮志凌云》时候，估计共赚了一个亿美元，但是一般的演员都赚不了什么钱，平均每小时$28不到（与卡车司机差不多）； 只有14%的演员工资超过$2.6万，即达到这个水平的员工就有（工会）提供的健康保险。可以想象大部分演员的生活是相当清苦的。我知道的一朋友女儿在好莱坞做导演，过去两三年新冠疫情期间好多人是没有工作的，而这三年新冠也改变了人的娱乐习惯，美国与中国电影院的每月营收也只有新冠之前的八成左右。

看来许多人不能在这个行业干下去了，或者说生活更加艰难。这也是他（她）们走上街头的重要原因之一。当然还有一些什么人工智能和网络对工作的冲击与保障诉求等等。

当下的生活还是最主要的。

相信很多人现在也不太看电影了，因为现在电影的品质确实不太好，看看年初得奥斯卡是那部电影也知道一些原因，加上这次大罢工，将对今年与明年的电影、电视剧制作有很负面的影响。

总之，还是同情这些相对夕阳行业的员工，他们的困难是普遍的。在加州、在纽约等地今年医院、教师或搬运工，都可以威胁罢工而都取得超过预料的薪水增长与福利， 因为现在整体上北美的招人、招工是很困难的，资本家们不得不掏腰包，满足这些因物价上涨引发的罢工威胁与需求，这也促进了经济的增长，因为大部分蓝领工获得了好的收入将会有助于消费的提升，也就是经济的增长。但物价也不会很快下去，因为有工作就有钱买东西，有更多的收入family就可以买贵点的东西。

最后，祝愿好莱坞这帮SAG工会会员与作家协会会员能够在今年罢工中获得胜利。
