【节后吃素】--素红烧肉

节后吃素--素红烧肉
本来想取个低调点的名字，比如红烧面筋的。偏偏这道菜是我玩的面筋系列中口感、味道最像肉的。只好容我再高调地得瑟一下。

做法：
面筋粉：2杯
温水：2杯
干酵母：1小勺
丢到面包机里(dough setting)，让它和，发酵完后拿。
和好的面筋切红烧肉大小的块，平锅薄油两面煎一煎成金黄时盛起待用。火不要大，很容易糊。面筋很吃油，时不时要加点油。
最后的面筋快煎好时，加八角、桂皮、香叶等随余油炒香，到进所有的面筋，加上红烧汁，你家烧红烧肉用的调料就行，我用酱油、料酒、糖调的。汁多些，烧5分钟左右起锅。
