How many westerners in top decision circles really

know how to deal with China? I haven't seen. US' China policies have been failing ever since 1947.

BTW, i don't think America's expectation for China is a good "sidekick".  It's more like " You want to stay in our games? Then play by our rules and accept our values."   If China never wanted to be one of us(from inside out), it should've looked elsewhere for it's role model like Russia, Iran or N. Korea, not cheating it's way through.
