为何总有外行胡说八道？

我突变了455个氨基酸。竟然有人说是6个，而且根本就没搞懂我是怎么研究的，就胡乱猜测。令人啼笑皆非。我在写长篇介绍，很快就到了如何解密的。那5个（而不是6个）是开始的“阉割”，阉割后需要有活性，否则就不能探索工作机理，还得想别的办法。阉割了后还有功能，然后再突变455个。在那个基础上的455个突变。从膜两边研究机理，得出唯有喇叭口模型一个解。有人连一句内行话都没说对，就胡言乱语。
