从法律角度（至少从美国的法律角度）来说刘强东不是强奸犯

就是看帖有感，对于双方的不同意见没有任何 take any side 的意思.

尽管我也不喜欢刘这个人的所作所为, 光光从美国法律体系角度提醒大家一下而已。

Liu was accused of rape by the girl, but was never charged with such crime in the american judicial system, not even having the opportunity of trial before the jury.

 

比如这次美国独立检察官调查川普总统通俄门事件。报告结论是没有证据证明他的竞选团队与俄国在这方面有合作。没有足够证据证明他阻碍就这个问题进行调查的司法程序。但是明显的他有很多 inappropriate 的做法。
