自己腌的Mozzarella ball，好吃得不要不要的

一早去买牛油果时，路过麦当劳，想起麦油条，瞬间想进去买，但一想还是自己做的好吃，飘过了，LOL

Mozzarella ball , 橄榄油，蒜蓉，粗辣椒颗，切碎的Sun -dried tomatoes ，切碎的新鲜Bails ，一起拌匀装瓶

面包片烤一哈，摆上切片牛油果，poached egg， 研制好的Mozzarella ball， 摆上切开的小西红柿，淋上点Balsamic vinegar . 

橄榄油质量，意大利醋质量很重要，后面有分享我用的.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

我用的意大利醋：Condimento Cavalli Classico. 口味很纯正,而且原材料单一，没有其他添加物. 他家的醋只用一种原料: 100% cooked grape must . 不用其他Wine vinegar, Caramel. 不添加增稠剂，及增色剂和flavors. 

一般超市里几块钱一瓶的不能跟其比:) 我不是卖醋的哦，LOL

 

 

我同时还备有他家的这款，用于特殊菜肴甜点等用，价格比上面那款又要贵点

 

奥斯卡提名的Cold War，amazon prime 上可以看了，又一部黑白大片. 男主在被遣送到火车站离境时，哀求遣送他的人说给他一个晚上留下来,——lt’s about a woman , the love of my life”.看到此处 忍不住笑了，可怜巴巴可爱兮兮样.

Let’s go to the other side. The view will be better there..............凄美的，也是最美的......
