豌豆蹄花汤+豌杂面

都知道芝加哥今天极度寒冷，大家吃饱，穿暖

晚上肯定是火锅:)

昨天中午给自己炖了豌豆蹄花汤，今天中午做了豌杂面. 豌豆蹄花汤和碗杂面，都是重庆家喻户晓的美食:)

泡豆子之类，我都是用西人的方法，不用泡过夜: 水烧开，放豌豆，煮三两分钟，关火，焖一个小时左右，这样泡出来的各种豆子很容易煮烂了

猪蹄，打理干净后，飞两遍水，再清洗干净，加水没过猪蹄，烧开，料包里放生姜，草果一个(拍烂), 八角，山奈，花椒，扔锅里，一点白胡椒粉，烧到汤开始变白，下泡好的豌豆，烧开，转中小火，炖到猪蹄耙软，豆烂，放盐，即可

这一碗，我可以吃三顿，昨天中午，今天中午，剩下的还可以吃一顿：）. 没有代谢问题的，什么都可以吃，需要的是注意量. 有代谢问题的，还是谨慎吃之:)

喝一碗，暖和:)). 做猪蹄之类的，先把毛打整干净，该拔毛的拔，该烧的烧，看到有的贴出来的，毛耸耸的，没法看，更没法吃了：）
