允许我嚎一下？


讲个小故事放松一下 --

我给judge 做文书的时候，见到过这么一对夫妇，结了离，离了复，复了又离，离了又复，反正老是他们俩，也不找别的人。大概有4，5次吧。  有一次，这对冤家佛罗里达度假回来，前嫌尽释，来找我的 judge 要求复婚。秘书大妈翻了翻他们的 paperwork, 面无表情地说:” you are still married.”

他们忘了离了。

再讲一个 --

law firms are named after their founding partners right?  我们曾经接到过一封原告律师事务所的来函，做人身伤害的，该所的名字是 Pain & Suffer LLP.  That day I had to draft a reply letter to Dear Mr. Pain and Mr. Suffer.
