偶现在每天的运动量，

一周六天，周日休息(共勉)

Zumba+boot camp（50分钟+50分钟)

Zumba+interval workout(50分钟+60分钟)

interval workout+boot camp(60分钟+50分钟)

Zumba+spinning(50分钟+40分钟)

Zumba+walk(50分钟+40分钟)

每天换着来，那个boot camp和interval workout 强度非常大，每次感觉象是在训练海军陆战队的:)))整节课上,面带笑容练的不多:)), 但是一节课下来汗如雨下，香汗淋漓的，很舒服

Zumba同这两样比起来就是那一片蛋糕.........
