my experience...

1. find a family lawyer (this is rather a family case than a pure criminal case)
2. do not plead guilty, if you believe you are not guilty and there are no evidence and witnesses.
3. do not breach(if the paper says you should not contact your wife directly or indirectly, just follow it); otherwise you will be toasted.
P.S
I totally disagree that you are a "liar" or a "criminal" because you have been arested...it is definitely a wrong perception. You are free and innocent until you are convicted.
