晨练 2014.8.23

晨起轻哼早操歌，弯腰踢腿脚跟磨。
清风拂面听心语，红日撩云破雾波。
欣看露珠光色晕，快行草径树林挪。
四肢勤动催身热，停歇长堤望碧河。


晨跑 2014.8.10

朝阳临牖唱晨歌，石径泥沙脚底磨。
沿路欢听枝雀语，迎风悦赏草花波。
红霞袅落娇腮晕，秀腿轻飞美景挪。
气爽神清周体热，汗流浃背淌成河。
