i recommend buy a used JOBO CPE-2 processor (check ebay sale price, should no more than 300USD whole setting), temporature is auto-controlled and stabled. good for color negative and slides. 

i attached a photo, use contax T2 and kodak 160 portra, JOBO C-41 solution from B&H, processed by CPE-2, scanned by Epson v700. one time developing 10 rolls of 135, you already save 50 bucks.
