粗看了一下，两个新律师依然采用梁自称的手没有放在扳机上，但不知何故枪走火的说法。也就是说，没有新的理论来反驳陪审团认定梁在撒谎的裁决。

这与梁以前的庭上律师辩护，大同小异，没有什么新颖之处。

另外，讨论 CPR 急救的问题，和梁的枪击他人致死这一行为，没有直接关系。新律师花了一半功夫去反驳梁是否能实施 CPR 实属捡芝麻，丢西瓜。辩驳枪是怎么意外走火的才是主要。

梁案不容乐观。

“The shot, that was the most important part of this case,” juror No. 10, Carlton Screen, told the Daily News.

“From the experts, through their testimony, a shot cannot be discharged unless your finger is on the trigger,” said Screen, 69. “If the shot never occurred, we wouldn’t be talking now.”

Juror No. 9 said he’s fired guns plenty of times before, and it wasn’t hard for him to pull the trigger.

“Even with the extra pounds, it’s not that hard to pull,” he said — but he didn’t believe there was anyway the gun could have gone off accidentally.

The question of Liang or Landau’s ability to perform CPR on Gurley as an untrained Butler took on the task was not a factor.

“This case had nothing to do with the training. If that was the argument that would be improper. That’s a police department issue,” said No. 9.
