one day at machu pichu is enough, as 3-4 hours needed in the ruin site, but your entrance has to be arranged in advance.
it is about 2 hours driving from cuzco to ollantaytambo, from whuch you will take a train to hot-spring town and then ride a bus to the top of MacchuPicchu. Good luck
