我的排期priority day is 07/3/2019,估计还有两到三个月就要到期，

1.我想请教， 排期到期后（EB2）， 我等几个月交表可以吗？还是必须到期就要立吗交表？

-You need to file the I-485 in the month when your priority date is current. The 排期 changes each month.

2.我交表后， 我周未可以回加拿大吗？

-If your status is H-1 or L-1, you can travel out of US after you file I-485. If no, then you need to apply for advance parole (AP) and use it to travel abroad including Canada (you cannot go out of US before you get the approved AP).

3.我家人在加拿大，不想来美国，她也不想办，我想知道，他们可以在加拿大交表吗,还是他们来美国交完表就回去？

-They need to come to US to file I-485 and then, apply for AP to travel back to Canada. They also can choose to apply for the immigrant visa in Canada (you need to file I-824 for them to apply for the immigrant visa after you get the  green card). It is a good choice if they don't wnat to get the green card at present, but your kids have to be less than 21 when they apply for the immigrant visa.

4.如果妻子和孩子不申请， 我还需要提交结婚证明吗？-Yes. It is requried for I-485 filing.

5. 1-845 父母信息，父母早已过世， 如何填？需要填吗？-Just put your parents' names there, then write "Deceased" in the Address part of the item.

6. 8老师，你有收费服务帮忙交 1-845 表吗？ 我公司律师说他只代表公司。
