老师好，我先生是绿卡居民申请我，在广州已等两年了，已交130表，到无需排期并通知不要外出准备面试阶段，但因疫情原因广州美领关闭了。我和孩子们2月17号也过来美国了，请问这种情况在美国三个月后可以直接把case转过来这边面试吗？

还是需要在美国重新申请呢？

-You and your kid can file I-485 within US to get the green card, then inform the NVC and the US Consulate in Guangzhou to stop processing your case there (i.e. you abandon your visa application there). But you had better do it after you stay in US for about 3 months.

 

还是建议回中国等呢？

-Because of the coronavirus disease, you may just file I-485 within US if the disease still prevails a couple of months later.
