排期倒退的问题

现在（三月公布的）我排期已经到了。资料也都签完字，但律师还没交，说要等到下星期一12号才交。我真是等得神经质了。因为每个月的12，13号左右都公布下个月的排期。 如果不幸公布的下月排期倒退了，那我这个月还能交吗？
