-Yes. But if your PD is earlier than the Final Action Date (PD is current), your spouse and child had better use AP to travel in case your I-485 is approved during their travel, thus their H-4 visa will be void.

已递交485，本周也已录指纹，但材料里提过夫妻都曾经是共产党员，但最迟2012年初已退党，这种情况会被拒吗？
