很感谢8老师的回复！但本人疑惑的是网上有些不同的律师观点，即基于DATES FOR FILING VISA APPLICATIONSfiling 485后，就处于485pending状态，在此状态下孩子的年龄是锁定的。这个问题对我万分关键，哪里能得到一个明确的答复？
-I have made my point in above post, and this is just my personal opinion (it may not be right). Because DOS just set the Dates For Filing Visa Applicaiton which will be effective in Oct., I have not seen any new explanation from USCIS /DOS about this issue yet. So, I really don't have a correct answer. I believe many people like you are concerning this issue, so I hope USCIS will have a new Memo about this issue. We have to wait and see.
