本人绿卡，给孩子递交了I-130，孩子满21岁前批准，但是排期没到，孩子满了21岁，未婚. 这种情况还符合F2A吗？

-No more F2A. You need to send a letter to USCIS to ask USCIS to upgrade the I-130 from F2A to F2B. By the way, your child can not get married before he/she gets the green card unless you become a US citizen before he/she get married.
