I-140的審理也會因為排期的問題被延誤﹐直到I-485排期

Can someone help me out here regarding 排期. What is so called 排期 of I-140 and I-485? I submitted i-140 and i-485 concurrently. In all, I just do not understand on the article above. Thanks.
