140批了，现在有个外派回中国的机会，可能是两年，h1b最近也需要延期了，现在还可以延期h1b,保留美国的h1b身份么？- When you are not present in the states, you have nothing to do with H-1b status.  If you have an approved H-1b petition, it will help you to apply for H-1b visa at any time during the period.

绿卡排期也同时可以保留么？- It is yours regardless. As long as you will return to the position on I-140, you have no problem with GC application.

公司的律师说可能有点问题，因为工作不在美国。
