EAD expired end of Oct, have to stay at home for 4 days, expedited it 5 days before the expiration date. Asked for congressman help and they really push it forword, CIS said they will handle it in 2-4 working days, Lawyer got an email from homeland security (same as CIS?) that it is approved in the afternoon of the 4th working day they promised. NO system status update, no mail after that, it has been another 2 day already....
Lesson: File it >120 days; >75 days, ask for expedite; ask for congressman help asap....
