pjiang, Please clarify I-140排期转换/PD

A question from  I-140排期转换 -安吉丽- See below.

I remember that from pjiang's blog, even a company withdraw a approved I140, the PD will still retain, but need to apply a new I140. Please clarify.

我在A公司申请EB３，I－１４０已经批下来， 但是EB３要等很长时间， 当然４８５。如果我跳槽到A公司，递交４８５还早呢。在这种更换雇主的情况下，我能用前面A公司的PRIOROTY DATE吗？

-Yes if the A Company does not withdraw the approved I-140.
