EB1 将会有排期,未剩余名额, 但这是不可能.
EB2 should be October , 2005.
EB3 should be Feb,2005.

September 2010 排期预测 according to 2008 data
China EB1 = 5,602 (EB1 Cap = 46,534 x 7% = 3,257)
China EB2 = 6,964 (EB2 Cap = 46,533 x 7% = 3,257)
China EB3 = 1,982 (EB3 Cap = 46,533 x 7% = 3,257)
EB1 should be current.
EB2 should be May 2006
EB3 should be Feb 2004
